Our extensions do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers. All processing happens entirely within your browser on your local device.
We do not collect your name, email address, browsing history, IP address, or any other identifying information. There is no telemetry, no usage statistics, and no crash reports sent to us.
Our extensions use chrome.storage.local to save your settings, preferences, and user-generated data (such as text snippets, saved tabs, recipes, or clipboard history). This data is stored entirely on your local device within Chrome's extension storage.
This data never leaves your device. It is not synced to any external server, cloud service, or third-party platform. Only you and the extension running on your computer can access this data.
Five of our extensions offer optional AI features: Mail Craft AI, CodePeek AI, Page Chat, Clip Genius, and Screenshot AI. These AI features support multiple providers:
Ollama (Local — Recommended): All AI processing happens entirely on your computer. No data is sent anywhere. This is the default recommendation for maximum privacy.
Cloud Providers (Opt-in): If you choose to configure a cloud AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini), the text or images you submit for AI processing will be sent to that provider's API. This only happens when:
We do not store your API keys on any server. Your keys are saved locally in chrome.storage.local and are only used to authenticate directly with the provider you selected.
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Mixpanel, or any other analytics or tracking service. There are no cookies, no fingerprinting, no beacons, and no tracking pixels in any of our extensions.
We have no way to know how many people use our extensions, how often they use them, or what features they use. And that's exactly how we want it.
None of our extensions require you to create an account, register, or sign in. There is no user database. You install the extension and start using it immediately. No email, no password, no verification.
Chrome extensions require specific permissions to function. Here is a transparent explanation of every permission our extensions use and why:

Principle of least privilege: Each extension only requests the permissions it actually needs. We never request broad permissions like "access all websites" unless the extension's core function requires reading page content.
Our extensions do not connect to any third-party service by default. The only external connections happen when you explicitly configure an AI provider:
When using a cloud AI provider, your data is subject to that provider's privacy policy. We recommend reviewing their policies before entering your API key. With Ollama, all processing stays on your computer and no data is transmitted externally.
All data stored by our extensions remains on your device until you choose to clear it. You can delete extension data at any time by:

Our extensions are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. Since we collect no data from anyone, this applies universally.
