Add Mail Craft AI to Chrome. Connect any AI provider -- Ollama (free, local), OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini.

FAQ

Which AI provider should I use?

For maximum privacy, use Ollama (runs locally on your machine). For best quality, OpenAI or Anthropic are recommended. Gemini is a good free option with a Google account.

Does it work with email clients other than Gmail and Outlook?

The auto-insert feature works with Gmail and Outlook web. For other email clients, you can copy the generated email to your clipboard and paste it manually.

Are my emails stored or sent anywhere?

Your email content is sent only to your configured AI provider for generation. Templates and settings are stored locally in chrome.storage.local. Nothing is stored on our servers.

Can I use it without an API key?

Yes, if you use Ollama running locally. All other providers require an API key. The extension never includes or shares API keys.
